How to book it?
This is very common question among Fisherman who visiting Bosnia. unfortunately answer is not so simple. Actually just on few very famous rivers you will not have problem to find place / desk office where you can buy your permit. For all other rivers it would be very hard even to find those rivers or parts of the rivers with C&R regime. Reason is that in Bosnia unlike others FF destination online sale does not exist at all. Even its hard to find phone numbers of guards online, on some places you will find bords with some old numbers ,and even if you find right number communication will be often impossible because you will most often get a person on the line who speaks English poorly or not at all, so all that can be very tiring and difficult. We are a country that is just at the beginning of the development of fishing tourism, and if we exclude the well-known destinations on 3 or 4 rivers, the rest of the country, which hides unexplored rivers very rich in fish, can very easily remain unknown to you even if you have already visited Bosnia several times.
The simplest solution is to hire a local guide and let him take care of the permits, while you use all your time to enjoy yourself.
